Promotional Offers & Loyalty Rewards present in the left side panel. Press to expand, manage offers and assign offers and loyalty rewards.
Manage Offers - This section displays the list of offer names, price, and expiration date. You can also search for the offers by typing the offer name in the search box. Select operation from the list box at the top right corner lets you find out the blocked or unblocked items in the list.
Operations
Edit - You can edit the offer details and click the update button redirects to the Manage offers page with a flash message updated successfully.
Block - Select the offers you wish to block by clicking the block button, which flashes a message Blocked successfully.
Unblock - You can add the blocked offers into the list by clicking the unblock button, which flashes a message unblock successfully.
Delete - Deletes the offers from the list.
Click Do you want to create an offer package button redirects to the Add offer page.
Offer Name - Enter the offer name in the corresponding textbox field.
Offer Code - Specify the offer code, which serves as a unique identification code for the offer.
Offer Image - You can upload the offer image by clicking choose file button and select the desired file to upload the file. The image size fixed to the minimum width and height as 200 * 200 pixels
Description - Include a detailed description of the offer, and you can customize font size, color, adding links, and bulleting.
Price - Input the offer price.
Expires - This field gives the number of days the offer is valid.
Display on the Landing page - You can control the offer displayed either for registered users or all users or do not display.
It lists out the entries containing customer name, email, total no of orders placed by the customer, total order amount, total wallet amount, wallet amount utilized, loyalty points, and redeemed request date.
You can also search the entries by typing customer name or email in the textbox.
In the drop-down box above the assigned offers field, you can filter the entries based on your list preference, select most orders placed by the customer, or recently added customers or assigned users, or unassigned users.
You can view the customers who gained loyalty points by selecting the target achieved customers.
Click the arrow under loyalty points, redirects to the loyalty rewards history page.
It shows the total earned points of the customer, total rewarded points, total balance points, loyalty points for $1, date, total order amount, and total rewarded amount.
You can add a new offer package by clicking do you want to create the offer package button available at the top right corner of the assigned offers and loyalty rewards page.
Click the arrow under the Assign offers, pops up an assign offers and loyalty rewards dialog box.
Select the offer from the list, and increment the count by 1 or 2 as per your wish. Click the save button to assign the offer to the specific customers.
Click add new package button, redirect to the add offer page.

Click the “+” symbol of the Total wallet amount, and it pops up the add wallet amount dialog box.
Add wallet amount by entering the wallet description and wallet amount, then click submit button.
